GAYLORD — A 25-year-old Gaylord woman sentenced for gross misdemeanor child neglect Dec. 18, 2025, was ordered to be held without bail in the Sibley County Jail April 8. Victoria Lavelle Noyes of Gaylord admitted to allegedly violating probation terms (by use of alcohol) at the April 8 bail hearing. According to court documents, law enforcement responded Sept. 30, 2025 to residence on First Avenue in Gibbon for a 1-year-old child who consumed alcohol.
