GFW Thunderbirds football chain gang crew member Dale Boyum received an award prior to the GFW-(NRHEG) New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva football game in Winthrop Friday. Boyum was thanked for his 50 seasons of service. “You have helped make many Friday nights under the lights possible. You contributions will forever be remembered,” read a note he received. Boyum said he has no plans to stop with the chain gang.
