Warren Donald Bohlmann

ST. GEORGE — Warren Donald “Fuzzy” Bohlmann, 78, of St. George, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at 2:47 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving wife and children.

Warren was born in New Ulm, Minnesota, on September 2, 1947, to John and Alice (Waibel)Bohlmann, where he joined his older brother, Tom. He attended New Ulm High School and proudly served in the 452nd General Supply Unit of the U.S. Army Reserve.

On August 24, 1968, Warren married the love of his life, Mary Margaret Arndt. Just two weeks after their wedding, he was deployed to serve in the Vietnam War. He returned home to New Ulm in 1969 and later earned an Associate Degree in Heating and Refrigeration from South Central College.

Warren spent the majority of his career working at various creameries throughout southern Minnesota. He was also well known for making service calls to countless farms across the region. He genuinely enjoyed meeting the families he served and was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever someone needed him. Warren loved the outdoors and enjoyed many years of hunting and fishing with family and friends. Warren will be remembered for his quiet generosity, steadfast work ethic, quick wit, and the deep love he had for his family

Warren was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents, John and Alice Bohlmann; his brother, Tom Bohlmann; his sister-in-law, Shirley Bohlmann; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Arndt and John Arndt.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary (Arndt) Bohlmann; his constant companion Jozie (his furry, four legged friend), his children, Jeff (Fabi) Bohlmann, Carrie Bohlmann, Crista (Tom Little) Bohlmann, and Laura (Derek Olson) Bohlmann; his grandchildren, Tori (Brad) Hagberg, Lucas Zanke, Ethan Thomas, Jake Thomas, Benjamin Bohlmann, Laila Bohlmann, Jerimy Bohlmann-Little, Jordin Bohlmann-Little, and Ashleigh Bohlmann-Little; his great-grandchildren, Mariah, Miles, Marley, and Mitchell Hagberg; and many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Please join Warren’s family for a service with military honors at their home in St. George (38555 631st Ave.) on Saturday, July 18, at 2:00 p.m., with a celebration of his life immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Warren’s honor are greatly appreciated and may be made to the New Ulm American Legion Post #132 or the Nagel-Radel VFW Post 1648.
