• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without reported injuries on icy and snow-packed roads at 13th North and Minnesota St. at 6:57 a.m. Feb. 18. A 2007 Hummer driven by Chad M. Anderson, 37, New Ulm, was southbound on Minnesota St. when he collided with a 2009 Honda SUV driven by Alice A. Johnson, 29, New Ulm, who was westbound on 13th North St. Johnson said she stopped at the intersection, didn’t see any other vehicle and began to proceed. Damage was minor to the rear driver side of the Hummer and moderate to the front end of the Honda.
