New Ulm Police

• Received a hit and run crash report without reported injuries on snow-packed roads on the 500 block of 6th St. S. on Feb. 11-12. A parked 2005 Chevy Impala was parked overnight when a second vehicle collided with it, causing minor front driver-side damage.

• Received a scam report from an 82-year-old woman on Sunset Avenue who said she got an email seeking bank information which they provided and reported losing $5,000 from an account. A report was sent to police investigators.

• Received a disturbance report from River Bend Area Learning Center, 1315 S. Broadway. A 13-year-old girl reportedly threw a desk against a wall, causing more than $100 damage. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

• Received a theft report of an impact wrench from New Ulm Truck & Trailer, 821 Front St. N. at 11:21 a.m. Feb. 11. The wrench was valued at $325. A report was done for documentation.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Received a theft report from Casey’s General Store, 1101 Main St. e. at 3:25 pm.. Feb. 10. A suspect wrote a bad check for $224.03 . Police said checks were stolen from a company. The investigation remains open. A report was done for documentation.
