• Responded to a two-vehicle crash with possible injuries at 6:40 pm.. Jan. 11, 2022. Sharon Klaviter, 76, New Ulm, was driving a 2014 SUV westbound on 6th North St. She stopped for a stop sign, and reported not seeing a 2015 truck driven by Robert Rosenau, 818 N. Franklin St., New Ulm. She proceeded westbound on 6th North and collided with the truck. Damage was SUV had moderate front end damage. The truck had front fender, driver’s side front wheel and driver’s side door damage and was towed from the scene by K & R Towing. Rosenau complained of right hip pain. He was examined by Allina Ambulance but was not transported.
