Redwood County Sheriff’s Office
• Dispatched at 2:38 p.m. Aug. 30 to the 45000 block of 230th Street between Evan and Morgan on a report of a missing 2-year-old. The child walked into a corn field north of the property. The missing juvenile was found east of the property at 6:54 p.m.
The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Brown and Stearns County sheriff’s offices, New Ulm and Morgan police, Minnesota State Patrol, Department of Natural Resources, Redwood Falls, Morgan, Sleepy Eye and Springfield fire departments, Morgan Ambulance and local volunteers.
