New Ulm Police

• Received a report at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday of explosions at New Ulm Steel & Recycling, 218 19th St. S. Reports were sent to New Ulm City Hall and the City Attorney’s Office

• Arrested a 18-year-old New Ulm female at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at 2526 S. Bridge St. for failure to appear in court for a disorderly conduct and domestic assault case. An 36-year-old New Ulm man was arrested for obstructing warrant arrest. Reports were sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office. Nobody was hurt. No damage was reported.

Brown County Sheriff’s Office

• Received a report of a baby goat stolen from a Home Township residence on CR 29 at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday. The goat was later returned. No more information was available.
