New Ulm Police

• Received a report at 7:18 p.m. Feb. 26 from a 57-year-old New Ulm woman who said she sold two cellphones to a 31-year-old Willmar man but was not paid for them as earlier agreed. Originally a theft report, it became a civil issue, police said. A report was done for documentation.

• Stopped a 36-year-old Hanska woman for speeding at Center and Franklin St. S. at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 27. Police learned the woman had an expired North Dakota driver’s license and did not have a Minnesota driver’s license. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

• Mankato Police arrested a 55-year-old New Ulm man on a Brown County warrant. The man was transported to detox at 9:22 p.m. Feb. 25. A report was done for documentation.
