Minnesota State Patrol

• Responded to a two-vehicle cash with non-life threatening injuries at 6:04 p.m. Dec. 21, 2021 on westbound U.S. Highway 14 at Garden Street, New Ulm. Abby G. Maasz, 21, Sleepy Eye, was driving a 2018 Nissan Murano westbound on Highway 14 when the car collided with Leann G. Ravenberg, 68, New Ulm, who was driving a 2013 Chevy Impala southbound on Garden Street. Ravenberg was transported to a health care facility by Allina Health EMS. She wore a seat belt. Maasz and a passenger in the Nissan, Jordan J. Burden, 28, Sleepy Eye, were not injured. New Ulm Police assisted. Alcohol was not involved.

New Ulm Police

• Received a theft report from an employee at Riverbend Area Learning Center, 1315 S. Broadway at 2:35 p.m. Dec. 21. The woman said $60 to $80 in cash was in a purse stolen. Video surveillance showed a female juvenile suspect. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

• Responded to a physical domestic call on the 1400 block of South Broadway at 7:15 p.m. Dec. 21. A 25-year-old New um male suspect was gone when officers arrived. A 21-year-old New Ulm woman was transported to New Ulm Medical Center with hand and wrist injuries. The suspect has not been located. A report for consideration of domestic assault and motor vehicle theft charges was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Arrested a 19-year-old Sleepy Eye female on an active Brown County warrant at 533 1/2 2nd Ave. N.W. at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 21.
