NEW ULM — A 34-year-old man and 40-year-old woman both of New Ulm were arrested early Friday morning after police responded to two reports of gunshots heard on the south side of town. Charges filed Friday in Brown County District Court against Erasmo Ozuna Jr. include felony firearm possession with a previous felony conviction, felony reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality and felony fifth-degree drug possession-not small amount of marijuana.
