In 1971 Martha Knutson and our mom Gert Fodness created the Clothing Depot with a mission to give families a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to pick out clothing. With the closing of the Depot, we thought it would be a great time to thank all the volunteers over the years who have made the Depot a wonderful community resource. Volunteers came from all communities around New Ulm to be a part of the successful outreach. We would especially like to thank Lori Hoffmann, who for the last 20+ years, kept the Clothing Depot up and running.
