NEW ULM — St. Clair handed the New Ulm Brewers a 9-1 loss on Friday night at Mueller Park in non-league amateur baseball action.

Evan Furst got the win for St. Clair, while Colton Schaefer took the loss for the Brewers.

Evan Carpenter and Lace Liebl each had three hits for St. Clair, with one of Carpenter’s hits being a two-run home run.

For New Ulm, JT Hoffmann had two hits to lead the way.

The Brewers are at Fairfax for a 2 p.m. Tomahawk East League game on Sunday.
