New Ulm Police
• Assisted Allina Ambulance at the Brown County Evaluation Center (detox), 510 N. Front, at 6:08 p.m., Oct. 27. A 33-year-old Mankato man was reported to have damaged an isolation room, clogging a toilet and throwing body fluids and waste around the room. Police assisted in transporting the man to New Ulm Medical Center for evaluation. A report will be sent to the New Ulm City or Brown County Attorney’s office depending on the damage estimate.
• Aided Riverbend Area Learning Center staff, 1315 S. Broadway at 9:10 a.m. Oct. 28 with a 17-year-old male Gaylord student who smelled of marijuana. A vape device fell from his pants and was kept as evidence. Reports were sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office and Brown County Human Services.
