Brown County Sheriff’s Office

• Received a call at 8:26 a.m. Monday and arrested a 34-year-old Hanska man for aiding and abetting a wanted person at 206 3rd St. E., Hanska.

• Responded to a burglary call at the Schieffert farm shop, CR 8, Eden Township Monday afternoon. A drill and impact driver valued at $300 was stolen sometime overnight.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Received a burglary report at 1:55 pm. Monday at Sleepy Eye Bus Service, 800 Main St. E. Several thousand dollars worth of tools were taken from a large tool box Sunday night.

Springfield Police

• Received a burglary report at 5:03 p.m. Sunday from a residence at 526 N. Van Buren sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Sunday. About $1,200 cash, a wedding ring valued at $4,000 and a debit card, that was later cancelled, were taken.
