A 2008 Toyota driven northbound in the outside lane of Broadway by Cheyanne Fedder, 27, New Ulm, attempted to move into the inside lane and hit a 2019 Dodge Ram driven by Julie Eggers, 62, Springfield, who was northbound in the inside lane.
