Reading too much on Hunter Biden — what about Ivanka and Jared Kushner?

To the editor: The FBI, Department of Justice, and IRS are not only not weaponized they have moved slowly and cautiously on issues relating to Trump in order to restore trust and faith in them. We read too much about Hunter Biden and nothing about Trumps family. Where is the outrage over the Chinese government granting a total of 41 trademarks to companies linked to Ivanka Trump by April of 2019? The $2 billion investment from Saudi Arabia with annual management fees of $25 million to Jared Kushner? What about the Trump organization on some occasions charging the Secret Service more ...

More crisis in America

To the editor: These are new crisis I didn’t have in my letter of Sat/Sun July 8th. 1) FBI, IRS and Dept. of Justice, government weaponized agencies to go against Biden’s political opponents. 2) School kids being taught gender education instead of concentrating on reading, writing, and arithmetic. 3) Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, “The Big Guy “ being investigated on corruption charges. 4) The Attorney General Garland and Homeland Security Myorka should be impeached for lying to the American people. 5) Cuban Crisis; China is building military instillations, 70 miles ...

Inept Minnesota Legislature and governor

To the editor: Minnesota lawmakers have sunk to a new low of stupidity with a “blank check” law. They pass a marijuana law with no clear rules as to where it is legal to use or how to enforce the law, then leaving individuals, cities, and cops totally confused as to what is legal, where is it legal to use, how is the use measured if stopped by a cop on the roadway (can’t be tested like for alcohol), and what are the penalties? This law should never have been enacted as Colorado warned states not to do it. They learned the hard way what a “can of worms” this evil would unleash ...

Teaching fantasy-world science

To the editor: This is in response to the online comments questioning my 6-29-2023 ‘It’s not Creationism’. Having subscribed to the prestigious AAAS ‘Science’ weekly publication for about 10 years, I have yet to find anything detailing how molecules change into extremely complex molecular machines without any intellectual input. Macro-evolution stands or falls at the biochemical level, and it is there that evolution fails miserably. One commenter challenges my statement: “Dual coding genes are statistically unlikely, in other words, next to impossible to be produced ...

Biden transactions highly suspicious

To the editor: In response to a recent letter highlighting the irony of President Trump’s indictment, The Journal’s editor commented on allegations that Biden family members have enriched themselves off the family name. He concluded his statement by saying: “The latest report does not show any payments made directly to Joe Biden, either as vice president or after leaving office.” The editor’s comments raise several questions. First, what product or service was being sold by the Biden family members? What did they have to offer in exchange for the millions of dollars that ...

Trump accusers losing credibility

To the editor: How many proven false allegations does it take before the accusers are found to have lost their credibility? Indicting Donald Trump for seditious conspiracy, is what Jack Smith, the Democrat hit man is doing. Woe to him and all who believe that this indictment holds water. This world needs the United States to be strong financially and spiritually. Leadership matters. Who better to uphold religious freedoms and financial security? Take this to the bank — that would be the person who has already done it. We, as real Americans, know that to cancel Donald Trump is to ...
