New Ulm Police • Received a call at 2:26 a.m. Friday of a vehicle all over the road on Highway 14/15 in Nicollet County. Officers stopped the vehicle and talked with the driver, a 36-year-old New Ulm man. Impairment clues were noticed. After failing field sobriety tests and a breath test, the man was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for consideration of a third-degree DWI charge. New Ulm Police • Received a report from a 26-year-old New Ulm male who said he was threatened to be beaten up online by a suspect with a false identity at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday. A report was done for documentation. • Received a report at 6:02 p.m. Wednesday of a 15-year-old New Ulm male accused of getting into a disturbance, resulting in minor bruises on a 49-year-old New Ulm woman. No medical attention was sought.

The woman appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was transported to the Brown County Evaluation Center. A report went to the Minnesota Department of Corrections Probation. • Responded to a report of a naked man lying in the grass in front of a residence on Payne Street North at 12:48 a.m. Saturday.
