Impairment clues were detected and a 60-year-old New Ulm woman was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail. The boy told police the woman offered him a sip of beer. The mother told police she is in a custody battle with the father, who is trying to defame her to get full custody of the child. A 34-year-old Clarkfield woman admitted throwing rocks at a man she said probably has cocaine in his possession.
