New Ulm Police • Received a criminal sexual conduct report at 10:40 a.m. Thursday involving two River Bend Alternative School students in Gaylord — a 16-year-old Gaylord girl and a 17-year-old New Ulm boy. A report for further investigaion went to the Gaylord Police Dept. • Responded to an assault report involving a 10-year-old Madelia boy at River Bend Alternative School at 11:24 a.m. Thursday. New Ulm Police • Arrested and transported a 49-year-old New Ulm man to the Brown County Jail for domestic assault, malicious punishment of a child and endangering a child at 6:02 a.m. Thursday on Sunrise Drive. A 17-year-old New Ulm boy was injured but medical attention was not sought. New Ulm Police • A 42-year-old New Ulm man told police at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday that a 39-year-old New Ulm woman, the mother of an 11-year-old child they have in common, provided alcohol to the boy. The boy told police the woman offered him a sip of beer. The mother told police she is in a custody battle with the father, who is trying to defame her to get full custody of the child. A 34-year-old Clarkfield woman admitted throwing rocks at a man she said probably has cocaine in his possession.
