New Ulm Police

•Police took a report 3:10 p.m. Tuesday from 24-year-old New Ulm woman who fell victim to a scam.  The caller identified himself as a postal inspector and stated he was investigating mail fraud through someone taking out a Capital One credit card in name. The women did notice a credit card from Capital One that had been opened in her name. The male caller was asking for additional information. The contact Capital One.   

 

•At 12:27 p.m. Thursday, New Ulm Police arrested a 41-year-old New Ulm man on a warrant for two felony threats of violence charges.  The man had posted videos on his Youtube channel that were threatening in nature.  He was transported to jail.
