State Patrol
• Responded to a one-vehicle crash at 7:43 p.m. Jan. 14 on TH 60, St. James Township, Watonwan County. Adam C. Blackstad, 38, Mountain Lake, was driving a 2001 Ford Explorer westbound on Highway 60, left the road and rolled on snow and ice. He was not transported but a passenger, Desiree N. Wollschlager, 26, Mountain Lake, was transported to a St. James hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Blackstad wore a seat belt. Wollschlager did not wear a seat belt. Alcohol was not involved. The Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office, St. James Fire and Ambulance assisted.
Redwood County Sheriff’s Office
• Responded to a one-vehicle crash without injuries at 7:54 p.m. Jan. 14 on U.S. Highway 14 and Knox Ave. Hailey A. Groebner, 18, Sanborn, was driving a 2007 Toyota Prius owned by Brent C. Lund, that hit a snow drift and spun 180 degrees and rolled, landing on the vehicle roof.
Sleepy Eye Police
• Reported a silver or gray 2011 Kia Sorrento stolen from the 500 block, Walnut St. S.W. at 5 a.m. Jan. 15. The vehicle has not been recovered. A report was done for documentation.
New Ulm Police
• Responded to a domestic call on the 800 block, S. Broadway at 10:49 a.m. Jan. 15 between a 33-year-old New Ulm woman and 31-year-old New Ulm man. No injuries or damage was reported. A report was sent to Brown County Human Services.
• Stopped a vehicle at German St. N. and 3rd St. at 12:44 a.m. Jan. 14. A report of 5th-degree drug possession charges for a 23-year-old New Ulm man was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
