Redwood County Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a one-vehicle crash at 6:38 a.m. Nov. 14 on CSAH 7, near 430th Street. Tyler R. Lundin, 18, Wood Lake, was driving a pickup truck with snow on the road that slid off the snowy road and into a ditch. After entering the ditch. the truck went up some boulders, hitting a tree branch and utility pole that broke and fell on top of the truck that came to a rest in the southbound ditch. Lundin was transported to a hospital for a suspected concussion. The truck was owned by Amanda L. Hartson. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.

New Ulm Police

• Responded to a crash at the intersection of North Jefferson and 8th North streets at 2:55 p.m. Tuseday. Lindsey Jo Walls, 35, of 911 5th North St. was driving north on Jefferson Street in a 2013 Acura MDX. Melanie Joy Kapphahn, 39, of Maple Grove, was driving east on 8th North in a 2015 Infiniti Q50. The vehicles collided in the intersection, causing damage to the front passenger side of Kapphahn’s car and to the front driver side of Walls’ car. No injuries were reported.
