• Received a two-vehicle crash report at 1526 N. Broadway at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 8. Matthew E. Fischer, 27, Sleepy Eye, was driving a 2011 CAT loader with saw eastbound when the front of the front-end skid-loader attachment hit the rear end of a parked, unoccupied 2006 Dodge Caravan. The Dodge had severe front end damage. The loader did not appear to be damaged.
