New Ulm Police
• Received a stolen license plate report from a garaged vehicle at 922 Spring St. N. at 5:30 p.m. May 11. The vehicle owner was advised to get new license plates. A report was made for documentation.
• Received a report of an individual trying to break into a dumper at Thrift & More, 1607 S. Broadway at 2:39 a.m. May 12. The suspect is on surveillance video but ran away and police did not make contact.
• Received theft report of three gas drive-offs in the last two weeks at Qwik Trip, 1521 S. Broadway at 10:48 a.m. May 12. Police are investigating the thefts. A total amount of the stolen gas was not available.
