New Ulm Police

• Received information about a possible harassment restraining order violation on the 600 block of Washington St. N. at 9:25 p.m. May 4. A 31-year-old New Ulm woman allegedly called a 31-year-old New Ulm man by misdialing a phone number. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for review.

• Received a criminal damage to property report at 12:39 p.m. May 5 from a City of New Ulm Park & Recreation employee who said three recently planted 10-foot trees were damaged at Minnecon Park. The trees were valued at $150 each. A report was sent to the City of New Ulm Attorney’s Office.

State Patrol

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash with non life-threatening injuries at 4:19 p.m. May 4 at the intersection of Highways 212 and 71, Olivia. A 2019 Jeep Cherokee driven by Nancy K. Hague, 75, Olivia, was southbound on Highway 71 when it collided with a 2016 Chevy Equinox driven westbound on Highway 212 by Brenda A. Hedeen, 51, Olivia. Both drivers wore seat belts but were transported to an Olivia hospital. Alcohol was not involved.

McLeod County Sheriff

• Responded to a theft report on Grove Street in Stewart at 10:47 p.m. May 3. An investigation continues.
