• Received a report at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday of a bad check received at Lake Hanska County Park. No further information was available.
State Patrol
• Received a two-vehicle crash report with non-life threatening injuries at U.S. Highway 212 and State Highway 23, east of Granite Falls at 6:17 a.m. Thursday. A 2017 GMC Arcadia driven by Colleen A. Hoekstra, 56, Clara City, was southbound on Highway 23 when it collided with a 2010 Ford pickup driven by Jason G. Paur, 50, Bird Island. Both drivers wore seat belts and were transported to Granite Falls Hospital. Alcohol was not involved. The Yellow Medicine and Chippewa County Sheriff’s Offices assisted.
