• Received a one-vehicle crash report on State Highway 4 at 110th Street, Cosmos Township, Meeker County at 5:26 .m. Dec. 23. A 2018 Peterbuilt tractor driven by Joshua W. Hinckley, 29, Sioux Rapids, Ia., was northbound on Highway 4, went off the road and into the ditch on the east side of the road, coming to rest on the passenger side of the truck. Hinckley did not wear a seat belt. He was transported to a Hutchinson hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Cosmos Fire Department and Meeker County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
