WINTHROP – Motorists traveling on Highway 15 south of Winthrop can expect delays starting Wednesday, Sept. 4 for approximately three days as crews make repairs to the pavement, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).

The northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 15 near Winthrop will remain open to traffic, but motorists are advised to watch for flaggers. Delays should be expected until the work is complete.
