Hwy 19 Winthrop bridge replacement project delayed
WILLMAR, Minn. – The Highway 19 Winthrop bridge replacement project start date is delayed due to utility relocation issues. Originally planned to start Monday, Aug. 29, the schedule is being reevaluated. It is possible the project could get underway in mid-September. More information will be available soon.
The project includes replacing the box culvert under Highway 19, just east of Winthrop to improve drainage and enhance safety along the corridor.
