Sandbars are easily seen along the Cottonwood River looking north of the Cottonwood Street bridge Tuesday. The river level was measured at 4.05 feet at 1 p.m. Tuesday by the National Weather Service Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service. Flood stage is 11 feet. The low water record is 0.64 feet on Aug. 1, 1988.
