Dr. Amy Roisum Foley, a professor of music at Minnesota State University, Mankato, conducts 91 high school instrumentalists during the New Ulm Diocese massed band performance at Cathedral High School Wednesday. Foley, this year’s guest conductor, led instrumentalists from Cathedral High School, Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s, Loyola Catholic School and Winsted Holy Trinity.
