CANBY — The No. 5 Wabasso Rabbits’ season came to a close Friday night after a loss to No. 4 Canby in a Section 3A, North Subsection Volleyball Tournament game.

Canby won in three sets 25-12, 25-21, 25-22.

The Rabbits were led by Carly Fenger’s nine kills and six blocks, while Kenley Guetter had eight kills and 15 digs and Camryn Irlbeck had four kills, four blocks anf two aces. Also for Wabasso, Audrey Johnson had 16 digs, while Sara Carlson had 25 set assists.

Wabasso finishes the season 18-12, while Canby ( will play No. 1 Minneota in the North Subsection Quarterfinals on Tuesday at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall.
