New Ulm Cathedral senior Joey Fingland shot an 84 at the New Ulm Country Club this past Monday during the opening leg of the Tomahawk Conference Golf Tournament, helping lead the Cathedral boys team to an early lead in the Tomahawk Conference title race.

Q: Who is your favorite golfer?

A: I’d like to say Scottie Scheffler just because he’s the best, but I like Rory McIlroy

a lot.

Q: What’s your favorite golf course you’ve ever played at?

A: I played this course in Wisconsin Dells called Wild Rock. It’s part of the Wilderness Resort and that’s probably the nicest course I’ve ever played.

Q: What’s your favorite food?

A: I like hamburger and fries a lot. My favorite burger is here at the New Ulm Country Club.

Q: What’s a hobby of yours

A: A lot of my friends play baseball, so I like watching baseball and softball.

Q: What’s your favorite movie?

A: I think I’d go with Captain America: Civil War.
