Clarification
To the editor:
In a recent letter to the editor responding to Ms. Rysdahl’s letter on transgender issues, as a signee, I emphasized the civil rights of said persons. I stand by that. I do not personally share all of the beliefs presented in that letter. I have no wish to challenge the theological teachings within any local church body. I share the convictions of my church body in regard to God’s wise creation of male and female as two distinct genders.
