Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at the Sturm Funeral Home (sturmfh.com), Pilgrim Chapel.

A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Madelia.

Karen Mae Dorothy was born June 6, 1942, in Truman, Minnesota, to Gordon and Dorothy (Clarke) Dorothy. She was united in marriage to John Rusten on July 28, 1961.

She leaves sons, William Rusten of New Ulm and Robert Rusten of Glencoe; sisters, Denise (Brad) Kuebler and Kathleen (Bob) Row.
