Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 17, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax.

Arrangements are with the Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes of Gibbon.

Mike is survived by his wife Jolene; daughters Stephanie, Duluth, Jenn, Brookings, S.D. and Megan, Bismarck, N.D.; brothers: Tom Palmer, Dan Palmer, sister Mary O’Keefe,

Mike was born on Nov. 23, 1959, in New Ulm, to James and Bernice (Dummer) Palmer.
