Gregory Ronald Hartmann, 63, Gibbon, was driving a 2004 Toyota on Highway 14, turned left onto Jacobs Street when he was struck on the passenger side by a 2010 Ford Flex driven westbound on Highway 14 by Leann Kay Stephens, 62, New Ulm. Sleepy Eye Police • Responded to a physical domestic call at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block, 5th Ave. S.E. A 43-year-old Sleepy Eye man was arrested and transported to the Brown County Jail for domestic assault of a 39-year-old Sleepy Eye woman. She did not seek medical attention and no damage was reported.

A 2019 Honda Pilot driven by Oralia Lozoya, 61, New Ulm, was westbound on 8th Street North when it was struck by a 2014 GMC Sierra driven southbound by Dennis Michescu, 18, New Ulm. Lozoya had head and neck injuries. Both drivers wore seat belts.
