Minnesota State Patrol • Responded to a two-vehicle crash at 7:59 a.m. Thursday on State Highway 15, Lafayette Township, Nicollet County. A 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt driven northbound by Taylor Ann Natalie, 23, New Ulm, collided with a southbound 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Jolene Marie Briard, 63, Gaylord. Briard was transported to New Ulm Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Both drivers wore seat belts. Airbags deployed. Alcohol was not involved. Police talked him into going to the New Ulm Medical Center. New Ulm Police • Received a call at 3:19 p.m. Thursday from a 39-year-old New Ulm woman said received a nude photo on her phone of a 52-year-old New Ulm man. The man said he didn’t send the photo and somebody else got into his phone and is sending photos of him to people. A report was done for documentation. • Received a theft report at 8:14 p.m. Thursday from Walmart. The suspect is a 29-year-old New Ulm man who skip scanned five transactions from July 4 to Aug. 25 with a total value of $218.38.
