New Ulm Police

• Responded to a verbal domestic call involving a 60-year-old New Ulm man, 57-year-old New Ulm woman and 37-year-old New Ulm woman at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 1700 block of South Valley Street. Nobody was hurt, do damage reported. A report was done for documentation.

• Received a report at 2:33 a.m. Thursday from a 13-year-old New Ulm boy who sent nude photos of himself via TikTok to whom he thought was an Atlanta female. The boy was asked to pay $100 or the photos would be sent to his TikTok friends. The boy did not send any money and was advised to delete his TikTok account. A report was done for documentation.

• Arrested a 42-year-old New Ulm woman on a Brown County warrant for theft at 12:12 p.m. Thursday on the 1500 block, Payne St. N. A report was sent to Brown County Human Services.

• Took a report at 12:14 p.m. Thursday from a 39-year-old New Ulm woman regarding violation of an harassment restraining order she has on a 33-year-old New Ulm man. The man allegedly sent a text message to her. The man told police the message was sent before the order was in place. Reports were sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office, Brown and Blue Earth County Probation.

• Responded to a motor vehicle crash at Broadway and 6th St. N. at 6:37 p.m. Thursday. A 66-year-old New Ulm man was arrested for DUI, transported to the Brown County Jail and cited for DUI.

• Arrested and transported to jail a 38-year-old New Ulm woman on a Brown County Apprehension and Detention Order at 8:10 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of S. Front St. A report was sent to probation.

• Took a theft report from Kwik Trip South of $20 in lottery tickets at 9:02 a.m. Friday. Suspects fled in a black Chevrolet Equinox with Michigan plates. The tickets were cashed at Kwik Trip North Mankato. A report went to investigators.

Minnesota State Patrol

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash at 8:13 a.m. Friday on TH 22 and 120th Street, Glencoe Township, McLeod County. A 1998 Toyota Camry driven by a 17-year-old was southbound on Highway 22 when it collided with a 2011 Volkswagon Jetta driven by Naomi Ruth Ling, 25, Arlington, who was northbound on Highway 22. Ling was transported to a Glencoe hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Both drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved. The McLeod County Sheriff’s Office, Glencoe Fire Dept. and Allina Ambulance assisted.
