New Ulm Police

• Received a vandalism report at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday at 107 S. Broadway. An overhead door had a BB gun bullet hole was found. Damage was estimated at $500. Police have no suspects and do not know when the incident occurred. A report was done for documentation.

• Cited a 16-year-old Fairfax girl for cannabis use in a restroom at Riverbend Area Learning Center at 7:51 a.m. Thursday.

• Cited a 15-year-old Lafayette male boy for nicotine vape use at 9:09 a.m. Thursday at New Ulm High School.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Arrested a 26-year-old Sleepy Eye man for domestic assault at 1:15 p.m. Thursday near Elm St. N.E. and 2nd Ave. N.E. A 22-year-old Sleepy Eye man had minor facial injuries. He was treated at the scene by Sleepy Eye Ambulance. A report went to the Sleepy Eye City Attorney’s Office.
