Sheriff’s Office
• Received a report of garbage in the ditch on the 14000 block of CR 10, Albin Township at 5:26 p.m. June 24.
• Responded to a one-vehicle rollover at 11330 CR 16, Bashaw Township at 4:27 a.m. June 25. A 20-year-old Springfield woman was transported to Sleepy Eye Medical Center. A report was sent to an investigator.
• Received an abandoned vehicle report at CR 22/CR 10, Albin Township at 6:37 a.m. June 25. A report was done for documentation.
New Ulm Police
• Responded to a car-deer crash at Center and Summit Avenue at 4:53 p.m. June 24. A vehicle driven by Steven Friese, 30, New Ulm, had a cracked windshield. A report was done for documentation.
• Stopped a vehicle at 425 State St. N. at 8:03 p.m. June 24 and arrested a 72-year-old New Ulm woman for fourth-degree DWI and took her to jail. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.
• Received a vehicle vandalism report at 113 Valley St. S. at 9:16 p.m. June 24. The vehicle rear window was broken and back pack was reported missing from the vehicle. A report was done for documentation.
• Received a welfare check request at 1700 Valley St. S. at 8:42 a.m. June 25. An adult caller reported finding a five-year-old wandering nearby. The boy told police he was going to Pizza Ranch for breakfast. Police drove the boy eight blocks to his home. A report will be sent to Brown County Human Services.
• Received an harassment report from a Brown County Human Services worker on the 400 block of 17th St. s. at 1:26 p.m. June 25. The worker voiced concerns of a threat made by a 25-year-old New Ulm man. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
