New Ulm Police

* Received an Harassment Restraining Order violation report at 826 N. Minnesota St. at 12:07 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect is a 40-year-old homeless man who was not located. The victim, a 34-year-old New Ulm woman, said she received text messages from the suspect. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for charge consideration.

* Received a disturbance report at 201 S. Payne at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday involving a 16-year-old New Ulm girl and her mother who sustained injuries but did not seek medical attention. The girl fought with police before she was put in a squad vehicle and transported to Prairie Lakes Juvenile Detention Center, Willmar. The girl appeared to gag herself and vomit in the vehicle. A report includes misdemeanor charges of domestic assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and criminal damage to the public safety motor vehicle.
