New Ulm Police

• Served an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court to a 47-year-old New Ulm woman, at 1729 Jefferson St. N., at 5:01 p.m. Monday. The woman was transported to the Brown County Jail without incident.

• Received a phone call at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday about a dog without shelter at 419 Minnesota St. N. Police talked to the dog’s owner and continue to investigate the matter.

• Received a report about a two-vehicle crash on snow-covered streets at 4th Street North and Franklin at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday. A 2004 car driven by Deivin Schnobrich, 19, New Ulm, was eastbound on 4th North Street when he said he reached to adjust radio volume, looked up and saw a 2006 minivan driven by Jonathon Johnson, 62, New Ulm, entering the intersection, southbound on Franklin Street. Johnson said he saw the car just before the crash but was unable to avoid it.
