The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped to check out the remodel at Pizza Ranch. They recently converted the large private room into 2 rooms – a game room and a private dining room. This 2-week project included putting a dividing wall into the private dining area, giving the arcade games a room of their own. Pizza Ranch can still seat over 200 people, they haven’t lost any of the seating space. Owner/Operator Kevin Siefkes explained how impressed he is with the community support that Pizza Ranch has received. Upon re-opening the store under Kevin’s management, he didn’t think they would end up as busy as they have been, especially with deliveries. They have also partnered with the High School and will be selling pizza at the concession stand. Kevin began as the general manager, but has recently become owner/operator.
