The annual decorating of the New Ulm City Hall Christmas tree began Tuesday morning. City workers hung ornaments and strung lights through the evergreen located outside the city office. The decoration process lasted through the afternoon.The lights will be lit officially following the New Ulm Parade of Lights on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
