NEW ULM — Join ECFE on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. for its first ever Community Trunk or Treat. in the Jefferson Elementary School parking lot.

ECFE has 26 individuals, organizations, and businesses hosting trunks for this event. All children ages infant to 7 years old, and their parents/guardians, are invited to attend this free family event. An adult must accompany all children attending for the entire evening. Costumes are optional, but please, no masks or weapons.
