On Saturday New Ulm Scout Troop 25 sponsored by the Optimist Club took first place in the annual Twin Valley Council BSA Klondike Derby. They also took first place in the lake ice sled race. 130 scouts competed in the event from south central Minnesota. Some events were First Aide Stretcher Race; Fire Building; Knot Tying.
