City plows buried cars on South Franklin Street in New Ulm Sunday. Area snowfall reports from last weekend varied from 12.5 inches in St. James to 8.5 inches at Springfield. Other snowfall amounts included 11.5 inches in Mankato, 11 inches in New Ulm, 10.8 in North Mankato, 10 at Winthrop and 9.3 at St. Peter.
