City of New Ulm Street Department worker Chad Freiderich reattaches garland at Center and Minnesota Street Sunday afternoon after high winds blew it loose from guy wires. New Ulm Police got a call at 3:10 p.m. about the loose garland. Street department workers and police responded to complete the reattachment by 3:50 p.m.
