HEARINGS

WHEREAS, Arlyn and

Susan Boddy have

filed a petition with the

City of New Ulm re-

questing the following

approvals for the pro-

perty located at 1703

South Minnesota

Street and legally

described as Lot 14,

Block 48 South of

Center Street:

1. That the

Comprehensive Plan

for the City of New Ulm

be amended to permit

High Density Residen-

tial land uses in place

of Industrial land uses;

and

2. That the property be

rezoned from I-2 (Gen-

eral Industrial District)

to R-3 (Multiple Family

Residence District).

WHEREAS, James

Scheman has filed an

application with the

City of New Ulm re-

questing the following

variances for the pro-

perty located at 1106

North Spring Street

and legally described

as Part of Lots 12 and

13, Block 11 North of

Center Street:

1. To allow the location

of an accessory struc-

ture without a permit-

ted use on the proper-

ty.

2. To allow a front yard

setback of 20′.

3. To allow a rear yard

setback of 5′.

WHEREAS, Virginia

Suker-Moldan has filed

an application with the

City of New Ulm re-

questing an Interim

Use Permit to allow the

operation of a float

tank therapy business

in her residence locat-

ed at 1010 Southridge

Road and legally

described as Lot 3,

Block 1, Lambrecht’s

Third Addition.

WHEREAS, the City

Code requires that

these matters be con-

sidered by the New

Ulm Planning Commis-

sion.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED,

pursuant to the City

Code, the New Ulm

Planning Commission

will meet at 4:30 P.M.

on Thursday, August

29, 2019 in the City

Hall Council

Chambers, 100 North

Broadway, New Ulm,

Minnesota to consider

these matters. The

public and all interest-

ed parties are hereby

notified of said hear-

ings.
